Sales Process

We invoice 50% of the project cost up front. Once this fee is paid, we schedule your project for the design process. After completing the design process, the project balance is required to establish a launch date.

Design Process

We keep our clients involved throughout the process via weekly e-mail and meeting updates. We complete two rounds of revisions for all designs. Once all revisions are complete, we establish a launch date.

Website Launch

We conduct a final review where we go over everything with a fine-toothed comb. We schedule launch dates on the weekend, finalize SEO, add Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools and provide a post-launch update.

Can we own our domain and still setup a website with you?

Yes. Many clients like to maintain management of their domain in their own account. During the initial process of working with us, we request you provide us with your domain account login credentials or be prepared to assist in updating the DNS records when we are ready to launch the website.

What does it cost for your design and hosting services?

The cost for our services varies based on what your company needs. How do I know which website design package is right for our needs?

That depends. Once we review your ideas and goals for the website, we will build out a sitemap to determine the amount of pages and target audience you want to reach.

What is the difference in your hosting solution and another provider?

Yes. We work with many clients who currently have a website, but would like to improve the look and functionality. We will work to add your content from your existing site into a new design that is up to date with our industry.

How do we track our website statistics?

We install Google Analytics on your website to track a wide range of information. What pages are the most popular, what Internet browser they used, and where the user came from are a few of the statistics provided with Google Analytics.

Does our website come with a blog?

Yes. We establish WordPress as your content management system that has built in blog post capability. This allows you to post articles concerning your business and industry to keep your clients and customers up to date.

Will our website be Search Engine Optimized?

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) features for the site include properly naming images, adding alt/title text to images and configuring the page with a WordPress SEO plugin for the page meta title/description and focus keyword.

How do I establish an online marketing budget?

Once we have established your ideas and goals, we will help to set a budget for your desired monthly reach. Your industry will sometimes depend on the daily budget range of potential conversions you can expect from your impressions.

Should I add information to the website often?

To establish your complete online presence, you should add information to both your website and Social Media accounts regularly. A rule of thumb is to add roughly two-three blog posts per week and three-five Social Media posts per week.

Can our Social Media accounts automatically post to our website?

Yes. There are a number of WordPress Plugins we can install to allow posting from popular Social Media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
